1. About Us
STRANA is a UK trade supplier of sublimation blanks, printing consumables, clothing and related products for business customers.
By placing an order with STRANA, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for business, trade, commercial or professional use.
2. Business Customers Only
Our products are supplied exclusively to business customers.
Consumer legislation, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, may not apply to purchases made for business purposes.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion.
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
VAT will be charged at the applicable rate where required by law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they understand the applicable VAT treatment of products purchased.
5. Payment
Payment is required in full before dispatch unless a separate credit agreement has been agreed in writing.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
STRANA shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, supplier shortages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Inspection of Goods
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
Any shortages, damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to investigate claims.
8. Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return requests are subject to approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for unauthorised returns.
9. Faulty Goods
If goods are found to be faulty, customers must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs or additional information before approving a replacement, repair or refund.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
10. Product Information
Product descriptions, images, dimensions and specifications are provided in good faith.
Minor variations in colour, finish, packaging or specification may occur.
Customers are responsible for determining suitability for their intended use.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRANA shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profit
- Loss of business
- Loss of contracts
- Loss of goodwill
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, images and materials remain the property of STRANA unless otherwise stated.
14. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
